This product is a square, dense alumina (alumina porcelain) honeycomb ceramic developed for applications that need both high-temperature resistance and a clean, decorative ceramic appearance.
Unlike light cordierite panels, the dense alumina body offers higher surface hardness, lower water absorption (≈0.1%) and better resistance to abrasion, splashing and chemical cleaning—so it performs well on visible burner fronts, furnace facings, fireplace panels, BBQ/catering equipment and equipment covers. The square monolithic format makes it easy for OEMs to integrate into gas-heating, decorative heating or industrial front-panel assemblies.
Dense, smooth ceramic surface – suitable for exposed/visible installation, easy to clean, supports glazing or color treatment.
High-temperature decorative use – works in hot-air, burner or fireplace zones up to 1200 °C.
Higher strength than cordierite – dense alumina construction tolerates clamping, panel mounting and operator contact.
Square, modular design – 150×150 mm section, customizable thickness, easy to array on equipment fronts.

Visible burner / fireplace / BBQ fronts that require a white or off-white ceramic look
Decorative panels for hot industrial equipment (furnace doors, test-bench covers, dryer view areas)
Catering / commercial cooking equipment with hot air or flame exposure and frequent cleaning
Protective ceramic grilles or covers in labs, medical/sterilization or electronics production
Base panel for glazed / colored / logo ceramic fronts used by OEM equipment makers
Q1: Is this panel mainly for “visible” or for “structural” use?
Primarily for visible/hot-face use. The dense alumina body gives a nicer surface and better scratch resistance, so it’s suitable where operators or end users can see/touch it.
Q2: Can it work in slightly corrosive or oily exhaust?
Yes. Because the water absorption is around 0.1% and the surface is dense, it performs better than porous ceramics in kitchens, catering gear or light chemical airflows.
Q3: Can we punch or machine fixing holes in the panel?
We recommend doing fixing/slots at the factory stage. Alumina is hard and strong but also brittle; OEM dimensions are safer than on-site drilling.
Q4: Can we match it with cordierite parts in the same equipment?
Yes. Many customers use alumina for the front/decorative hot zone and cordierite for the rear/larger honeycomb area to balance cost and weight.
Q5: What information do you need for customization?
Please provide operating temperature, installation position (visible/not), target size (square side + thickness), and whether you need glazing or color. We will confirm the alumina grade and mold
