The Custom Rectangular Honeycomb Ceramic for Heater is engineered using high-quality iolite (cordierite) material, featuring a lightweight honeycomb structure that ensures maximum heat transfer, uniform temperature distribution, and remarkable energy efficiency.

Designed to operate under extreme temperatures up to 1200°C, the ceramic body delivers stable combustion, reduced fuel consumption, and significantly lower CO and NOx emissions. Its dense-yet-porous honeycomb channels reduce airflow resistance and support rapid ignition and consistent burning.

This product is widely used in gas heaters, catalytic burners, infrared heating panels, BBQ grills, hot-air generators, and industrial combustion systems. Custom shapes, sizes, apertures, and hole spacing are fully available based on client requirements.
